ALLPLAC is a highly effective degreasing and decarbonizing detergent for cleaning cooking plates and molds, ovens, and stovetops. This highly alkaline product contains non-ionic surfactants with powerful degreasing and a strong wetting effect, making it particularly suitable for removing stubborn dirt. Specifically formulated for removing charred residue, old layers of dried grease, and adherent grease. Ideal for canteen kitchens, hotels, restaurants, pastry shops, and rotisserie ovens. The product is also recommended for use in olive oil mills, particularly separators.
